Your claim has been submitted successfully and we will review it shortly. Your unique claims reference has been sent to you by email using the email address supplied. Should you need to contact us, please make sure you have the claim reference number to hand.
What happens next?
One of our specialist claims handlers will review the information you have submitted. We will assess your claim within 3 working days. If we have all the information we need and your claim is covered under the policy then we will ask the supplier/repairer to contact you and make arrangements to collect your equipment.
